maynard
I saw this movie on the digital movie channel last night. It starred Richard Roundtree. IMDB says it was made in 1989, but I would have thought late 70's from the look and feel of the movie. It opened in the Port of Miami, showed a few Miami night scenes, but you could tell it wasn't filmed entirely there because of the heavy jackets and clothes they were wearing. End credits said Detroit of all places!
