I had no idea that this forum existed and it’s great to be in the company of other passionate,loyal and die-hard Miami Vice fans. Additionally, the wealth of MV info here is impressive to say the least.I was a fan of the show when it first came on the air back in '84. Due to my being overseas in the armed forces at the time, I could only catch an episode here and there. I did this through at least season 3. I saw some episodes of 4and 5, but honestly, these seasons did not glue me the way the first 3 did. Nonetheless, I felt compelled to stick it out until the end.Fast forward to today, and thanks to MV being available on DVD, I am now watching this legendary show and re-living some great memories. It’s almost like stepping into a time machine. IMO, Miami Vice portrayed the 80s like no other and it’s funny how watching these episodes can transport one back to that era.
