COOPER&BURNETT Posted September 24, 2010 Report Share Posted September 24, 2010 It does exist.The TV Show COPS as used items like this on many episodes.I remember MIAMI VICE's Camera man's son who worked on the show for the first two seasons, RB (who is now a cop) says it exists.I'm sure our member, JURRASIC NARC could also explain it beter.
