Sonny-Burnett
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20060815143333AAFnv1ATell me what you think. Is the answer crapI would think that if an officer did drugs as part of a bust that the person busted would have grounds to dispute any charges by challenging the credibility and integrity of the officer, and perhaps questioning whether his/her judgment was impaired while under the influence. Administrators timm525 Posted June 13, 2008 Administrators Report Share Posted June 13, 2008 Of course they can . They're above the law. How many times have you been doing the speed limit and seen one of them pass you without their lights and sirens on.Laws only apply to us less fortunate civilian types. Administrators timm525 Posted June 13, 2008 Administrators Report Share Posted June 13, 2008 Nothing is illegal unless you get caught. Then if you do get caught, if you have enough money and the right lawyer that can fight the charge, then you can get away with mostly anything.Hint: OJ. (and not the drink)
