Administrators timm525 Posted August 26, 2008 Administrators Report Share Posted August 26, 2008 When Thurman goes for his "high altitude mediation" and Sonny was at the shooting range, I found it funny that Thurman was flying alone.I thought that FAA rules stated that any jet other than military, required a co-pilot for flying.Any other pilots on here to confirm that?Don't think he could legally fly that jet alone. Guest neworder
Some planes can be flown with 1 pilote.g this passenger plane only needs one crew, although US carriers give it 2 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beechcraft_1900although looking at learjets which is similar to thurmans i think they do need 2 crewTo be fair im definately not an expert on aviation, although i do know a fair bit of stuff about the Boeing 747 lolSJB
Administrators timm525 Posted August 26, 2008 Author Administrators Report Share Posted August 26, 2008 The Beech is a turbo prop plane.I'm referring specifically to jet planes needing a pilot and copilot by FAA rules.Going to have to do some searching on this one.
