I second that :thumbsup:Surely everyone needs to come to the party dressed in cool 80s clothes, play great 80s music and serve amazing tropical-looking cocktails. I can bring along some umbrella straws that I got this year in Florida Actually if you look online you might flamingos (not real ones!) and things like that for decoration as my daughter had a 007/Casino Royale themed party for her 21st and she got James Bond cut-outs and giant playing cards online. Men had to come dressed a la Bond and us ladies dressed like Bond women (in other words we dressed up as we usually do for parties). Can you hire a neon light or buy one relatively cheaply? You might have luck on ebay then you've got it for your home afterwards (or ask someone to get it for you for your birthday). You could create cocktails and call them after the characters in Vice - a Moreno mojito, Crockett colada, Tubb's tequila slammer, Gina gimlet, Marty Mai-tai ... and instead of the famous Tom Collins cocktail, you'd have to have a Phil Collins! (sorry for the puns folks but it is still early & I haven't had enough caffeine yet for the serious mode of thinking to kick in!!!). [/quote']The Great McCarthy It's an episode better suited to a party atmosphere, being light, fun and features its very own party at McCarthy's home - champagne flowing, a hired band, dancing......and of course, that awesome pool playing scene! Let's not forget some awesome boat racing on the Miami Waters, with 'Born To Be Wild', playing in the background! :radio:What more could you ask for!
