I'm going with our current theory that the police station (with the white paneled walls) is a completely separate location from the OCB. "Heart of Darkness" - at Switek & Zito's warehouse sting "Cool Runnin'" - at Switek & Zito's warehouse sting and at the police station "One Eyed Jack" - with Crockett on his boat "No Exit" - at the Pink House and on the St Vitus "Milk Run" - at the Senator Hotel "Golden Triangle (Part II)" - at the final stakeout The actor passed away 3 years ago: https://miamiviceonline.com/index.php?/topic/13558-rip-julio-oscar-mechoso-aka-lester-kosko/ a bit about him in the book "The Making of Miami Vice": It has to be in the same building, always wondered where (with the white panelled walls) this was myself. And its not just seen in season 1 either, I am sure we see this place in "Florence Italy" as well. Or at least at another separate location. Because the OCB headquarters was a Vice cover and supposed to be a secure/secret location. Also it seems, that way because I've really been paying attention to the dialogue in S3, where Crockett says, something like, "We have to go down town to Metro." Not sure, where else it could be? Thanks, this makes complete sense "supposed to be a secure/secret location" thats why they put a paper bag on Noogies head? Hahaha. Good point! Although he was an informant, he shouldn't have been there in reality. But that's how it was often entertainment over reality on MV. Like at first he was busted in a stolen property sting. I think he became an informant as opportunity to escape jail time.

Yeah. Strangely, he tells the truth, then says it was a lie. Ultimately, Crockett discovers Noogie was telling the truth to begin with.

That was a huge non speaking part in the fine Fall 1987 episode “Like A Hurricane”.
