I think it's better that I reveal the answer :)

The word is said in "Junk Love" describing the name of one of the yacht's for sale at the auction.

"Launched in the spring of 1984 at Saint Petersburg the "Pirouette" features four double state rooms the master state room and a fly bridge bar all elegantly presented in a surrounding"
