All joking aside, I believe there’s actually a scientific reason for people who say “nucyaler” instead of “nuclear” (that has nothing to do with intelligence). I read something about it years ago. :birdie:

Can't imagine what it is, dadrian! let me know if you find it! As far as I know the pronunciation is as in "new clear". (Not "noo-clear" Sonny, though I know he was just putting it on :) )

Thanks Dadrian though I'm still not convinced it should be legal because of the  teeth-gritting it's bound to give rise to and you don't have NHS dentists in the USA ;)  Come to think of it, you can't get one here now  either..

I think it's pure laziness.  The same way people say axe me a question instead of ask me a question.

"Museum"

Name the episode this was said in.

Maybe not the one you’re thinking of, but I’ll guess “El Viejo”

This proves Dadrian does not speak with forked tongue when he alleges he watches an episode every night!!! You'd have to, to get that one!

Hmm

In Phil the Shill, Izzy says “like Joe Pert” referring to the Emo Phillips character.

Different line?

It's a line from a season 3 episode.

That was Eddie Kay. “You lob a couple of those babies into Joberg and you’ll get their attention.” Talking about the “biologicals”.

Ahhh I’ve always wondered about that reference. What is Joberg?? Short for Johannesburg (South Africa)?

Yes, the very non-jovial, stoic fellow who does not return his salutation upon C&T’s arrival at “Okeechobee”. :)
