Yes it's when Sonny and Rico follow the drug dealer's guy to the Cuban embassy in Heroes of the Revolution. It's actually the Ingraham Building at 25 SE 2d Avenue, Miami. It was named after Henry Flagler's chief engineer. I remember going to the eye doctor there as a child.
