Can you name the film from this screenshot?

The movie's title is Lost and Delirious. It's an entertaining story about first love. I recommend it. Piper Perabo delivers a great performance.

The only connection to Miami Vice I could find is weak at best:

The movie features a song by Cowboy Junkies and season five's "Victims of Circumstance" also features a song by Cowboy Junkies (not the same song, if you were wondering)

That's the same actress who played Julia Scianti in "The Lost Madonna"

Ok, I had to cheat on this one using your clues! “Payback”? She’s definitely not as cute as she was in “Lost Madonna”!

I know that’s Robert Forster, but don’t know what movie! I’m gonna guess “Mulholland Drive”?

This film also features Clayton Rohner (Tim Davis from "Yankee Dollar")...

I recognize that actress in the first picture, Cynthia Gibb?

Yup, that is her! The main reason I watched this movie was for the three pretty ladies (including her)! Plus it’s an 80s film with a great soundtrack!
