He points a shotgun at Calderone and then quickly jerks it to the side a little and pulls the trigger. Definitely assault with a dangerous weapon to wit the shotgun and in allot of places he would have been charged with attempted murder despite his intentions. Crockett was a little upset when Tubbs stole his boat earlier in the ep at the boat yard. Carrying firearms on a commercial airline. All the firearms Tubbs had in his carry on bag when he arrived in Miami. B+E daytime at Leon's place. A tire warranty does not fully cover that.
