It´s an old downtown building long razed and I´ve seen it before during my searches but did not further follow up on it as it was not on my radar. But, watch your wording ("unknown location.... for 15 years)" please! I just got close to a heart attack as I thought you had found the Ballard house in season 5 before studying the picture!
