And also the hospital scene in Season 2's episode "Yankee Dollar" was filmed at an actual hospital.

Yes correct - unusual Yankee Dollar and Prodigal Son as they liked to use sets in Season 2 for hospitals.

The walls/door positions are nothing alike in the scenes I’m thinking of (even if they are both sets).

For that matter, the walls above the tile in the Lombard photo look very similar to the set at the end of “Score” when they are looking at the assassin’s autopsy. Boy I gotta tell ya after working almost 30 years in hospitals, I’ve never seen a room or two that had so little crap on the walls. You’re lucky to find a few square inches on a patient room in a hospital today that doesn’t have something mounted to it. 1

Sonny wore the black ones for season 4 and 5. I always wondered if it was the same pair Castillo wore.

I'm not that much familiar with the brands and style though of the different sunglasses. In 1982 Ray-Ban hired a product placement company to get their products into movies and TV shows. One of the first companies they inked a deal with was David Geffen's record company then his movie company. They also inked deals with Universal, Warner Bros and individual TV and movie stars over the 80's. When Top Gun was filmed a buddy was working with Ray Ban, besides a nice bonus of $7,500.00 well back then it was pretty good, he got a year's supply of Aviators, 12 pairs, and whatever was left over from filming. There were like 3 or 4 different models given to the production, some were also altered for filming purposes and for some of the small headed actors. Nobody thought anything back then that they would be worth anything, I think we pretty much exhausted the years supply and the leftovers in a couple of months as everybody we knew wanted a pair.
