Pretty sure they’re the same ones from “Rites of Passage” when Diane is listening to the headphones in bed. She’s wearing the top, and David is wearing the bottoms. You were right. 2
airtommy
Morgan Richter spots a good one in "Leap of Faith". Joey Hardin is carrying the book "Missing Hours" by "Lou De Long": This is the same book Trudy was holding in the S4 episode "Missing Hours": (hat tip to Bren10) 5

summer84
It looks like it. Only it's a different color in that shot. I think someone of the bad guys borrowed, that hat as well in S3. But will have to check. Edited May 20, 2020 by summer84

miamijimf
Don't know if this has been posted already but it looks like the shark in Phil the Shill was reused in Mosca's house in Blood and Roses. Found this in an old DanJ post. "Did Frank Mosca quietly hire Izzy to decorate his new pad before enlisting Gina? The reason I ask this is that at about 10:43 in the episode there is a shot of a packing crate in Mosca's house with what looks like a stuffed hammerhead shark in it. Am I mistaken, or didn't Izzy hang that same shark on Phil?" From Blood and Roses:
summer84
It was different fish in Phil's house.
miamijimf
Looks like it could be the same shark with a little paint on the tail for Blood and Roses. Similarities include shape of the tail, fins, and spotted body.
summer84
The shark in "Blood and Roses" doesn't have a small fin in the upper right side of the body like this one and the tail looks larger in this shot. Dadrian
More obviously, the shark in Blood and Roses is a hammer head, and the one in Phil the Shill is not. Edited May 21, 2020 by Dadrian

Dadrian
Did someone already mention this one?: I watched “Buddies” last night, and I noticed the bartender at the beginning is wearing what I believe is the same shirt as the one we see Bruce Willis wearing in his first scene in “No Exit”. 2
