It is in the David W. Dyer Federal Building that was just deeded to Miami Dade College and the mural is recognized as a unique work of art. I just hope the college can manage and fund the restoration/preservation of all the landmarks they are now responsible for. These include the Freedom Tower, the Tower Theater on 8th Street, etc etc. Would like to see the other universities - FIU and UM share the burden. But I digress. I just watched Blood and Roses on DVD at very slow speed just to make sure but didn't see the building. For brief periods during the chase montage they are on the right highway but don't pass it. At 43:39 on my DVD player as the Daytona speeds along the Rickenbacker Causeway you see the same building. I didn't know it was captured in this episode and thought it was only shown clearly in Lombard and less clearly in Walk Alone and Freefall.
