Spider Posted July 3, 2007 Report Share Posted July 3, 2007 Mir ging es so ähnlich wie Centosedici.Altersbedingt (Jahrgang 80) durfte ich VICE 1986 noch nicht sehen, obwohl ich ziemlich wild drauf war. Wenn meine Eltern mal nicht da waren habe ich dann eben heimlich mal reingeschaut.Merkwürdiger Weise durfte im Gegenzug z.B. Magnum p.i. sehen obwohl es ja auch dort den ein oder anderen toten gab. Schließlich gingen die Jahre ins Land und VICE rückte ins hintertreffen. Da ich aber ab Mitte der 90er immer größerer Fan der 80er wurde und etliches Zeug sammelte kamen natürlich auch die ganzen alten Serien wieder zurück ins Gedächnis.Dennoch hat es bis zum letzten Samstag gedauert bis ich meine erste VICE-Box geschickt bekam. Serpico Posted July 22, 2007 Report Share Posted July 22, 2007 Hi,ich nutz den Threaf doch hier glatt mal um mich vorzustellen und über mein " erstes Mal " zu freflektieren.....^^Also, da ich stolzer jahrgang '85 bin war das mit dem erleben der Originalserie zur damaligen Zeit alles noch etwas schwierig;)Allerdings habe ich im Alter von 11 oder 12 Jahren ca wohl tatsächlich mal eine Folge gesehen, wo Sonny & Crockett mit dem weissen Testarossa zu unglaublich cooler Musik durch die nacht geheizt sind..... Das hat dann schon eindruck gemacht...;)Naja und dann kam der neue Film ins Kino und ich ging natürlich hinein, mit gemischten Gefühlen allerdings, da ich nicht so der Fan von der unbedingten Wiederbelebung von guten Serien bin..... Wer von euch schonma "Charlies Angels II" gesehen hat, der weiss, dass das schon sehr bös ins Auge gehen kann....Aber ich muss sagen ich war beeindruckt. Ich persönlich fand das Setting cool, die Aufmahung und Story auch, ja, mir gefiel der Film!Allerdings machte mich der Film wiederrum neugierig auf die Serie und da man diese zu der Zeit teilweise auf schon auf DVD bekam, kaufte ich mir schon sehr bald die 1ste Staffel und war begeistert.Sonny & Crockett sind an Coolness auf jeden Fall nicht zu überbieten und so gibts eigentlich nix schöneres als ab und an nach nem anstrengenden Arbeitstag die Füsse hoczulegen und die beiden auf ihrem weg durch Miami zu begleiten. :klatsch: :prost: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In that time i dressed like sonny, wore my hear like sonny, hence, i was Sonny!My brother last told me (i completely forgot about it): "Harold, when you watched Miami Vice, nobody dared to speak up until the break or until the show was finished". That infected i was. :)Later on, years and years later, i was watching TV with my sister in law, and i didn't know MV was on, i fell in love again. The pilot was on with the historical daytona/in the air tonight scene. I settled myself on the coach, and was back home again!!!Since 2002 i became active in searching for the episodes, preferably on DVD. Now, this day, i've got them all!!! I must say i can watch the series very good with the subs on. You must however have a NTSC compatible tv-set (most modern sets are) and your dvd player must be region code free. (Hacks are mostly available).I ordered mine from amazon.com, and with the current good dollar/euro rate this even is a bargain. I own season 1 to 5 from the US. In holland season 1 to 3 are available, with dutch subs, no german subs however. These boxes are region code 2. I own all three of them as well.Hope this answers your questions.Vice on!
