What Are You Listening To Right Now?

It's a little disturbing how current and relevant the lyrics of a 30 year old political song still are.

(but also, this is one of the best songs ever to test hi-fi system speakers in a store before you buy them ).

yeah you'd be forgiven for thinking it was written only this year...

Anyway... here's another song that will give you goose bumps on the right set of speakers:

That's in Goodfellas right?^ Cool song.

Yep. Plays during the final act when Henry is driving around while coked out and keeps thinking he sees a helicopter.

Henry wasn't just seeing things.......the helicopter was tailing him.

No, Phil Collins had nothing to do with this track. ;)

But Max Werner was indeed hailed as the "Dutch Phil Collins" in the early 80s.

Haha^ that would fit at home on Phil's Face Value album.

It kinda reminds me of best ACDC song that they didn't make.

It was only recently did I learn this song wasn't by AC/DC as I heard it often in GTA: Vice City Stories but couldn't find any songs by AC/DC listed in the manual or online. Only when I went through all the songs from V-Rock on Spotify did I find out it wasn't AC/DC.

Honestly I'm surprised that I've never posted a PJ Harvey song before on here. She's always been my favorite and most listened to female vocalists since I was at least nine. One of the songs from her first album.
