Yes James, the “Little Prince” episode during the warehouse scene - aired December 14, 1984.

Yep, the surveillance scene.

That’s the one - it was released also on a Miami Vice soundtrack album in 2006 as a Universal release called “The Best of Miami Vice” around the time of the big screen Miami Vice movie to coincide with it.:hippie:

This will forever be etched into my memory as the song to which I've driven down the GC-500 coastal highway along the south coast of Gran Canaria many times... :radio:

According to Don Henley, this song was actually about the passing of time as you enter middle age. And the fact that his generation had sold out. Especially the line "Out on the road today, I saw a deadhead sticker on a Cadillac". He said the Cadillac Seville was a status symbol of the American right-wing conservative upper class in the 80s, and he actually saw one on a highway once, with a Grateful Dead "deadhead" bumper sticker on the back of it.

Very good, Matt! I thought I only knew that. :)

It’s a great song written and produced by Stevie Wonder...and thanks.

Stevie Wonder was at Aretha’s funeral and played some songs he mentioned this song!:hippie:

I kind of like this version better than the one by Blues Project at the beginning of Golden Triangle Pt.II.  Then again, the Blues Project version kind of fits the mood better in the episode.
